Returns Policy
If you need to return a product purchased directly from BriskHeat, you must obtain prior authorization and shipping instructions. To initiate a return, please contact your Account Executive, [email protected], or call us at 888-412-0122. Returns without prior approval will be refused and sent back at the purchaser’s expense.

Warranty Returns – If your product is within the 1-year warranty period, you may request a return following approval.
- Restocking Fees – Returns requested for reasons other than warranty issues may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom Items – All custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Stock Items – Only stock items are eligible for return and credit.
If you purchased a BriskHeat product from a third party, returns must be handled through the original place of purchase.
EU/EEA Consumer Return Policy Amendment
Scope: This amendment applies strictly and exclusively to individual retail purchasers residing within the EU or EEA who buy products for personal, non-commercial use ("Consumers"). It does not apply to any B2B, corporate, or commercial transactions.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Eligible EU/EEA Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day they take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform BriskHeat via an unequivocal statement (such as emailing [email protected]) before the 14-day period expires.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s specific specifications or clearly personalized (including custom heating elements, custom-length cables, or bespoke engineering solutions), or sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Refunds & Shipping: BriskHeat will reimburse all payments received from eligible Consumers, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or evidence of return shipment is provided. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and is liable for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
B2B Presumption: Any transaction where the purchaser provides a Company Name, Corporate Tax ID, or VAT Number during checkout shall be definitively treated as a B2B commercial transaction. All such transactions are strictly bound by our standard commercial terms above, and the statutory EU consumer right of withdrawal is completely unavailable.
